The association " Les amis du Mont Sainte-Odile " intends the development of pedestrian tourism .
Regarding to the Mount Sainte Odile’s and its surroundings’ rich historical past , to its particular site and its cultural and tourist importance , the association proposes especially :
to better know the Mount Sainte-Odile and its surroundings through guided tours , to facilitate the access to all the interesting places, to encourage and develop the taste for excursions and walkings , and to protect the natural beauties of the region. to study all the problems bound to the protection of the site and nature , conservation of historical and prehistorical memorials , particularly the ruins of the castles and the pagan wall , whether directly or in collaboration with organizations , and to intervene for these causes in his area of intervention. to represent and to defend the walking trippers’ interests and the interests of those who take part to the activities in the nature with the administration and the international organizations.
To belong to the association , you should fill in the membershipform and send it with a check for the share to the order of the " Amis du Mont Sainte Odile " , to the treasurer CCP STRASBOURG 733 79 V .
